(February 6, 2021, 4:59 pm)I've never liked doing business with a car dealership, it's like playing the "shell game", you rarely get a true deal and generally need therapy afterwards! I recently purchased a 2018 Highlander from this company, the Sales Rep, Keith Willis, was great, professional, knowledgeable, personable (like dealing with a real person). I got a good deal, no run around, the finance officers are the same way, the deal was finished that day, no pressure to buy add on products, everything was lined up and done quickly. If you need to buy a car, I suggest calling Keith Willis at Toyota of Surprise.
