(March 27, 2021, 8:31 pm)My family has been going to this bank since it opened in Walmart about 8 years. We have a total of six accounts with them including an auto loan. Every staff member has always been friendly and has known what they are doing. Every manager we have been involved has gone beyond what was expected to help us. Twice our account was hacked both times the bank stopped all transactions and reimbursed us our lost funds with in two days. Only ATM fees we have are the fees of using an outside bank which everyone pays. Reminds me of the family run banks back home.

(January 1, 2020, 12:30 pm)I put my trust in this institution in 2013 and have never ever had an issue with customer service or any problems with my account. It is the greatest bank i have ever used, and i have tried all the big name ones.
I have never had to pay an overdraft fee because they just don't allow you to overdraft. that in itself will keep me banking here.
