I have been treated like family each time I have come in. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Sage takes time to explain what is going on and provides information on new technology, but I have never felt pressure to buy.

They have taken care of my hearing aids for over eight years and their service has always been excellent.

Dr. Sage is always prompt, courteous and professional. She got me what I needed and didn't pressure me in any way or push me to any particular brand. She has provided service regularly at no additional charge and answers all my questions fully. I recommend her highly. The products have worked as advertised.

This office is awesome. I am a younger fellow, and I have 3 kids and a wife. I was visiting this office to help me with cleaning my old hearing aids, which were not great at all. They willingly cleaned the hearing aids and the receptionist carried a wonderful conversation with my wife and me. About a week later I crushed my hearing aids. This was terrible because I was low on funds. I went back into this office because of my prior experience and the doctor and receptionist were so nice and helpful with all the information that I needed. I scheduled an appointment and returned a few days later. These ladies conduct their selves so well. They made my family and I feel welcome and apart of their family. I will forever be a patient for this office and it should be awhile because I am in my early 30s. Thank you Dr. Shayne and Cindy.
