  These guys are my new go to mechanics! They are professionals of the highest caliber and I was very pleased with their level of communication during the duration of having my vehicle. Highly recommend Surprise car care for all your vehicular needs?. Plus they work closely with a finance company, which was really nice because car repairs can add up quickly and they helped make it manageable. A+ plus service!

  Had great communication and worked to get my truck back on the road ASAP. They were very professional and had a quote for me within a couple hours of my vehicle being there. They text you a inspection link which is very detailed. Thanks, Surprise Car Care for everything. Will definitely use you in the future.

  The staff is friendly,knowledgeable and professional. They explained what service I needed and gave me a quote of the cost before I made the appointment.. The biggest plus was that the charge for my repair turned out to be significantly less than I was quoted. The reason was that the fluid used in my repair was less expensive than expected and the saving was passed on to me. What a great and pleasant surprise. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs car repair or service.

  Nine times out of ten you're gonna get what you pay for. So if you want quality, honest, reliable automotive service? You pay a professional that's been in the business for longer than most. That last statement alone should tell you what you are getting when your seeking integrity under the hood. I recommend speaking with Mark, he's a man that holds duty and integrity to the same standards as a soldier.
