Been here a few times myself. Honestly the reviews gave me a heads up of what to expect, But once I was there I didnt experience none of this "bad Customer service" or lady tossing papers... Crazy right? But anyways I was able to send a few papers via express delivery, Lady was nice and explained how everything was going to work out. Not sure why people are complaining because every single time im here I dont get any bad customer service or get papers tossed at, Maybe its not always the employees and sometimes its the customers giving bad attitude I guess well never know. -

With therapists from 5 to 25 years experience they use a wide range of interventions to get the best results. Exceptional therapy and nursing services provide a patient-centered approach to get the patients home as soon and as safe as possible.

1.Brand New Facility (clean and safe).
2.The entire staff was very friendly, thorough, and professional.
3.The building was easy to access.
4. My patient needed a breathing device and the facility made sure the patient recieved the most effective device for the patient. They went above and beyond to assure my patient was cared for properly.
5. Located in an easily accessible area in Suprise. Not hard to find at all.
I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a full service skilled nursing facility.
