“The property is well maintained for an older building. Snow removal is prompt and the hallways are vacuumed weekly. Management deals with violations of lease agreements in a timely fashion within the constraints of the law. I have not had to deal with loud noises and so forth, and, have a good rapport with my neighbors. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, various virtual games and social gatherings have been made available. Granted, there are financial matters that crop up for businesses these days, but, the management has done the best they can. Living here was a very good choice for me.”

“I have seen a lot of Orthopedic surgeon during my past 20 years of pain, and I have to say he is by far the very best. I don't need my Dr to be my friend, I just want them to be the best. When you have procedures done to your back there is always a risk no matter who does the job and the patient (or daughter in the case of Kendahl) is the one that know the risks. I took my x-rays in and they took additional x-rays in positions that made a lot more sense to me then the ones I brought in. Expecting a Dr to make a diagnosis based on someone else's x-rays are crazy, be thankful that he is thorough and knows what x-ray images he needs to better diagnose the problem. So please don't pay attention to the bad reviews because they are way off mark. Thank you Dr Waldrip for taking away my pain.”

“I love the doctors and staff at White Tanks Animal Hospital and Grooming. They are so good with the animals, they talk to you every step of the way and let you know what’s going on with my dogs. My dogs do really well when they are there and with everything going on they do an amazing job with the curbside pickup. I’ve been coming here for years with my Reese and now with Kane. I tell everyone who asks if I know of a good place to take animals to bring them there.”
