I had such wonderful customer service that I went back on Friday. Esmeralda the Retail Service Manager was amazing and returned some perfume I received as a gift and was able to get store credit for it. We tiled our entire home flooring and when there was a fabricator sorting error One Stop Tile Shop came to OUR HOUSE and fixed the problem.
