Came to COTN -Surprise, and it was refreshing to see Christians praising and worshiping God. “Thank you to the two gentlemen at BPB who helped me install my car battery. It was considered a “hard install” per their computer. They were not suppose to install the battery but let me use their tools. I was able to do it myself, but they suggested a few tricks of the trade to make things easier. It was hot out and a pain to install (hear that GM) but was ultimately successful. I wish I got their names but I truly appreciate their help and will be a customer for life.”

“My kids have been seeing Dr Pham for 4 years now. He has always been attentive & pleasant to speak with. Some doctors are in & out like its an olympic sport...Dr Pham is NOT one of those doctors. He always asks how the kids how they are doing in school, if there is anything else he can help them with. I think its pretty AWESOME that a doctor talks to the kids & asks THEM about them. “Honest to God this is the best Discount tire in the entire country! Jerry should be given a raise along with Nick and Dustin. Their customer service is so outstanding in a time when employees and customers are so difficult to deal with and everybody is all stressed out these guys made the best out of our more than challenging Winnebago Travato tire setup. They remained chill helped us to understand the issues and what was needed and followed up with us more than 2weeks out when our last few lug bolts came in due to nationwide supply shortages. “A great option for a do it your self A/C repair project. I needed a condenser motor. Valerie was knowledgeable and helpful in finding the correct replacement motor and capacitor. One suggestion: based on the pitch of the fan blades, determine the correct rotation to blow air out the top of your unit. Then, make sure the four wires (on the opposite side of the motor from the main wire bundle) are connected correctly to get the proper rotation. Switching these wires will change the rotation. Terry”
