  My experience with this shop started with a need for a tune-up and some replacement parts for an old road bike. The shop team had no problem finding exactly what I needed and staying within my small budget. On top of that, they pointed out that the rear rim had an irreparable crack and gave me honest answers about pricing for my different options.
  
  The costs of parts and labor were clear and reasonable. All costs and specific issues I needed addressed were taken down and confirmed.
  
  The repairs and tune-up were done perfectly and the bike was also cleaned and detailed.
  
  The staff were straight forward, approachable, professional and knowledgeable.
  
  Communication via text was clear and helpful and helped keep things moving efficiency.
  
  Everything they are doing indicates a clear commitment to their customers from the top down. Even small requests are given great attention to detail.

  I've frequented this shop numerous time over the past year and have had nothing but great experiences. He was friendly and has always made me feel like my time and my business was appreciated.

  Great service, easy bike rental. I've rented from them when I'm in town for spring training and an affordable bike rental comes with locks, lights, a bike bag, and helmets. They have showers and bathrooms you can use, and they're housed in a green building. I love it!

  Great service and awesome shop! We are on a long bike trip and needed some fast repair work done. The folks here were super helpful and are very knowledgeable about bikes. Highly recommend!
