  The customer service here was phenomenal!! I was having a bad day and had to get my car towed here. I haven't gotten such great customer service anywhere I've gone in the last 8 months since I've been living here. If I have a car issue and I'm in the area this would definitely be my first choice!!!

  This was beyond amazing service. Southern hospitality is real here wow. From the east coast and got a flat heading west. After very frustrating problems with tow truck, we came here and wow were they amazing. After the frustrating moment we were so blessed to be met with these kind fun people. I literally cannot recommend enough. Thank you :)

  Called NTB when I had a nail in the tire of my rental vehicle. Even though they were very busy the Manager, Sherry, told me to bring it in and she'll take care of me. They did so very quickly and it was very reasonable. In addition to this, the technician not only fixed my tire but put it back on at no extra charge and then brought all of the remaining tires to the appropriate air pressure level. In my opinion, this place goes above and beyond good service and I highly recommend them. If you're in the area and you need tire work this is the place to go I say that without hesitation thank you guys for taking care of me you helped ease my mind in a stressful situation

  Went there for a patch and was waiting. They asked me to help push a vehicle so I helped. Went to pay and was given a good discount. This place is very busy but they take good care of you. I'll be back.

  I bought 1969 Camaro SS sight unseen. It arrived today and it was better than expected.

  One of the best experiences I have ever had a shop. From the professionalism to courtesy and honesty. This shop is a go to in the valley for all your needs. Amazing work and couldn’t be happier with my expectations. Total upfront honesty is what I’ve come to see here. Plain and simple this is my go to for great service and loyalty. 10 stars ⭐️ In my book. Thanks again Arizona specialty motors for showing me a standard that is above all else in the customers favor!

  Just returned home from having my wife's Mercedes repaired at AZ specialty motors. I Could not be happier, we brought the car down from Washington state where the last work was preformed it has not been right since it left the shop in Washington almost a year ago.
  I contacted Arizona Specialty Motors as the car was having many warning lights going off at once.
  They took the car in right away Sam was helpful in getting us right in and the tech Josh was working on it before we left the dealership.
  I got a call a couple hours later and they explained it was the Alternator, same problem that was suppose to been fixed in Washington last year.
  We gave the go ahead they sent me pictures of the old Alternator and it could not have been changed last year.
  They completed the work reset everything and we have a perfect running car again. I could not give any higher rating .
  We are very happy and thankful we trusted them with our car.
  We will be back for the next service when it comes due.

  If you're looking for the best car buying experience in the valley look no further this dealership is absolutely incredible there's not one bad thing to say about the team the waiting area is beautifully designed with a selection of beautiful cars to browse also provide a wide selection vehicles anything from hey 69 Challenger to a Honda Civic all the way to Ferraris and Tesla's there's also a on-site dyno and very knowledgeable mechanics

  Arizona Specialty Motors has a variety of vehicles for sale including classic cars up to newer vehicles. Not only did they have cool cars on the lot outside, but the inside is full of very unique and clean vehicles. Definitely a car-lovers place! Chad was very helpful in assisting my man and I with a truck purchase. He was very personable and knowledgeable! The entire staff does wonderful work and keeps communication between all parties involved. I recommend checking this awesome group out next time you are looking for a vehicle.
