I would give 5 stars to both providers I have seen but the front desk is awful. No patient portal, not even an office email address. I completed my intake forms but didn’t print them as most modern offices have email capabilities. I was made to fill out all 16 pages again which made me have to take more time off than expected. Yesterday they asked for my insurance card which I never received this year. I have been emailing or faxing a copy from the aetna app without issues at SEVERAL other offices. They said they need the physical card. They are not welcoming, helpful or inviting, they act annoyed that you are there.
Dr.kothari is awesome. Very prompt and took best care of me. We had our doubts when we first met her as she was pretty straightforward and did not come up with any sweet talk @ our first few appointments like we were used to with our previous doctor.But she is the best when it comes to her job and over time she became very friendly and my husband and I are pretty impressed with her. From my pregnancy news to post delivery she was very supportive and helped us take the right decision even during the most crucial and difficult period of my labor & delivery. If I am in state for my next baby, she will be the doctor I would choose for sure.
I've tried other women's clinics here in the east and west valley but I'm always coming back to see Dr Kramer. I started with Theresa Rispoli she was a nurse practitioner. She retired from the practice. Theresa identified all issues and let me voice my opinion and then Dr Kramer put forth a plan. I'm really healthy and I've lost weight. Also the front desk girls are smart, thorough and swift.
