    I love this studio!! I hadn’t been to a workout class in years and was looking to get back in shape after having a baby. The first class was a little intimidating difficulty-wise (and left me *insanely* sore), but the instructor was so encouraging and positive. Ive now been going here for almost 2 months and feel so much stronger! It’s awesome seeing the improvement in my form and abilities over time. And everyone is so friendly! It’s a great community to be a part of. Every instructor is amazing.

    The studio is definitely a little on the expensive side, but you really get what you pay for. I highly recommend!!

    They are amazing! Instructors are really patient and care and their office manager has done such a good job instilling positive rapport with everyone that comes in to take a class. The classes are great and vary each time. Solid job!
