The entire staff from front office, presurgical prep, to post op have been amazing each time I’ve gone in for a procedure. The only time I tend to have a poor experience is when Dr. Sharma is the anesthesiologist working with my physician (Dr Leathem). I’ve had Dr Sharma and think he has the worst bedside manors of all the anesthesiologists there. It’s always better when the Leathem brothers work together. My third experience with Dr Sharma was the worst so far. They seem to get worse each time. If I was able to check ahead of time who the attending anesthesiologists would be on the day of each of my procedures I would not schedule when he is working. I greatly appreciate all the other staff and doctors and the other anesthesiologist that have worked on days that Dr. Leathem hasn’t been available. Sorry this is possibly confusing since there are two Dr. Leathem’s (brothers) who work together at times but with different specialties that I’m referring to. They are respectful and calming before a procedure. Dr. Sharma needs to take notes and not be so rude condescending and have some compassion for people. He may have a medical degree but it certainly doesn’t make him a better human than the rest of us blue collar workers. To all the other staff and doctors who work and provide services at the surgery center, I appreciate you all!
This was my sencond coming here. I had a very good experience again. From when I check in to when was released to go home. Everyone was so nice a kind and made sure I was doing okie and if need anything.
