  Having Terry sell my mother’s house was the best decision I could have made. My mom was nervous about the whole process and was concerned that the buyer would take advantage of her inexperience in selling a house.
  
  Terry was able to come in and explain every step in the process to her. He was in constant communication with both of us to ensure we understood what was going on from beginning to end. There was never any “background” work that we were not aware of. Terry not only kept us in the loop, he made sure we were the ones controlling the loop. His advice was grounded in facts and not opinion. He was honest and told us what we needed to know, not what we wanted to know to make us feel better. His honesty and straight forward manner allowed us to know exactly what was going on instead of wondering.
  
  Terry gave us sound advice to improve the curb appeal, list the house at a reasonable price, and was always available to answer questions we had. He helped me arrange a landscape contractor to do some work in her front and back yard which I feel was the reason we received the offer we ultimately took.
  
  From the day the sign was displayed in the front yard we began receiving calls from interested buyers. Terry helped us go through them all and allowed us to decide on which one we thought would be the best for us. He gave his suggestions, and spoke from experience, but he gave us final word on every decision. The offer we ultimately accepted was after three days of the listing. The house closed about two weeks later.
  
  Most importantly, Terry was patient and kind with my mom. He comforted her when she would be nervous or upset about selling her house. After the sale of her house and everything was completed, he reached out to us to see how my mom was doing and how she liked her new home. He went above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent. He became part of the family and a friend and I can never thank him enough for what he did for my mom.
  
  Terry was the perfect realtor for my family, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

  Terry was very concerned that all of our needs and issues were addressed. He very patiently walked us through the process of searching for a home and offered us his honest opinion based on his experience. The professionals that he works with were focused on our needs as well as buyers. Terry explained the home buying process every step of the way, but left the decisions to us.

  Cynthia goes above and beyond! My brother had multiple prior convictions and more than one case open at the same time. She was prepared, collected, and aggressive. The prosecutor finally offered a plea that was reasonable. After all was said and done she still kept contact with us. Thank God for Cynthia, i know for sure if we had not have hired her, my brother would not being seeing freedom for MANY MORE YEARS! Thank You CYNTHIA!
