I don’t think I’ve ever been to a store without there being some kind of problem. I will say this was the better store of the ones I’ve been to. They were patient and really worked to help us resolve some of the issues we’d been having with Kay’s. If I was rating Kay’s as a whole, 1 star. But this store in particular was helpful.

(November 22, 2019, 12:41 am)My husband and I stopped in just to price wedding rings since I recently lost the diamond in mine and we were looking to either replace the diamond or purchase a new wedding set. Sally and I cant remember the other associate but they were very helpful. We gave them our budget and I was able to find a BEAUTIFUL wedding set. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks Kay for making my 3 yr anniversary even more memorable.
