Lance is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable. I have had some chronic pain for a few years and after seeing Lance for massages regularly for the past year that pain is a rare occurrence. I recently had a flare up due to herniated discs and pinched nerves in my neck, which resulted in some severe muscle spasms and knots and Lance was able to work through those and help me back to my new, pain-free normal.

Lance is a gifted, intuitive, and compassionate massage therapist, and the therapeutic value of the work he provides is priceless. Tight musculature combined with the repetitive movements of my own profession caused my arm to keep sliding out of the socket just enough to cause continual pain. Receiving regular bodywork from Lance has provided so much relief and has helped the arm to stay in socket much better due to his extensive understanding of the body and his ability to zero in on the problem areas. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work and depth of knowledge that Lance provides to his clients.
