Aurora Behavioral Health System - Tempe

Our ASAP Program has proudly partnered with Aurora Hospitals ever since Aurora came to the Valley years ago. Of course, nobody likes to be in the hospital, but Aurora provides a wide array of skilled and professional psychiatric and behavioral health services to patients with all manner of issues and concerns. Aurora has been a critical resource for ASAP, and for the entire community, and will continue to be. We have seen how the great doctors, nurses, counselors and staff care deeply for their patients, and specialty services like the autism program are hard to find. We are grateful to have Aurora as a partner and for the critical role Aurora plays in helping families and communities across the Valley. Five stars!

The presentation was perfect for many reasons. 1. The presenter is very knowledgeable to the topic. 2. The material is very useful and applicable to many clinical settings. 3. It is a topic that is very sensitive and stigmatized but the presenter was very positive and encouraging about discussing it and gave us proper guideline on how to do so. 4. It is full of cultural sensitive information that fits many different demographics and population. Wonderful presentation and will continue to support workshops as such.
