  My wife and I hired Mr. Seiter to create a lliving trust agreement, along with other estate planning process. Mr. Seiter worked with us to create documents that met our specific needs. Throughout the process Mr. Seither was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time as it took to answer our questions. In the end he produced high quality estate planning documents at an affordable price. We sincerely appreciate his time and patience in getting us to our estate planning goals.

  HUGE thank you to Marcus Seiter of Seiter Law, PLLC - Arizona Estate Planning Services ! We just finished our Estate Plan with him and this thing that I have dreaded for years was finally complete. We have two kiddos so the part I dreaded the most was of course guardianship and deciding who got what and when. Marcus was so calm and clear with choices, even injecting a bit of a sense of humor where appropriate. It was an easy process and such a relief. And more affordable that I thought it would be. The best part is that he files everything for you right there in the office, supplies witnesses if needed -- all those things. I highly recommend you go see him if you need to tackle this.   My husband and I interviewed a few attorneys to help us with our will and trust and hired one of them. The experience was a huge disappointment. After multiple rewrites and phone calls to get our wishes down on paper we finally threw in the towel, fired them, and then found Marcus. What A Difference!!! There are several things we liked about him. He finished at the top of his class, which told us that he was smart and that “just passing” was not the way he did things. He also had a very patient demeanor and was very willing to work through some of the moderately complex wishes we had. We are a blended family and it was very important to us to make sure our wishes were crystal clear. Marcus wanted to get everything done exactly as we wished, as much as we did. We really appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. We would HIGHLY recommend Marcus to anyone that is looking for a smart and thorough attorney to make sure that the money they worked a lifetime to save, is properly handled upon their deaths. It’s not a fun topic to talk about, but we have great peace of mind now, knowing that our wills and trust are done correctly and just as we wished.
