(August 21, 2019, 11:45 am)My experience with both Discount Patio and Paddy O' Furniture were terrific! They have great customer service with excellent follow up. I worked with Andrea and she was very professional. Originally, I had planned to repair an older umbrella that I had purchased 14 years ago from Paddy O', but when I saw the prices at Discount Patio, it just made sense to bid the old umbrella farewell.
Their prices were so reasonable that I decided to also purchase a new base/stand for my umbrella so the entire item would be fresh and new. In this day and age, it is really great to have a store to walk into, touch the items and make an educated decision on a purchase. Discount Patio gave me this opportunity. Thanks!

When we had a drainage problem at our home, they offered to keep the chosen furniture until the problem was solved. (March 6, 2019, 10:24 am)We had a great experience at Discount Patio. We worked with Andrea the first time we went in. She was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. It was her day off when we went back so Jason helped us. He moved pieces around into groupings so we could visualize how it would look in our space. The furniture is wonderfully comfortable. We love our purchase and hope to go back for more.
