Update 02/08/2023- the Mazda I bought November 2021 is still running like a freaking dream. I just want to update and let anybody reading this know that the car is in tiptop shape. Only thing besides the routine oil changes I’ve had done is new tires & battery in October 2022. No big deal! It’s running like a champ & purrs like a kitty! I had to get some body work done for minor stuff thanks to parking lot jerks but my purchase from Chuck is still going strong! Sitting at just 70k miles.

I bought a 2013 Mazda 3 from Chuck in November. The timing belt in my Hyundai broke & left me carless but since I work from home & the ease of deliveries- I was in no huge rush to replace it. I knew I wanted either a Mazda 3 or a Toyota Corolla, I knew what I wanted to pay, & wanted something used with low miles and I am patient.

Luck was on my side when I came across the listing for the 2013 Mazda 3. I have been test driving & all the used cars in my price range weren’t makes or models I wanted. Chuck was great with communicating with me when I reached out- he let me know the Mazda was getting work done on the fuel injectors & would reach out as soon as it was back.

Once it was back- he arranged for an Uber to bring me and my daughter (with disabilities) to his sales office. I took the Mazda for a drive & it was everything I
Had hoped for (low miles, in good condition, and a reasonable price.). I took ownership asap. Chuck was super nice and very honest to deal with.

I took the car to my mechanic to inspect & he said I got a solid car. It’s a used car & I expect some issues to pop up but so far- none. I wanted to wait until I’ve had the car almost 3 months before writing my review to get more time with it. Frankly. I am so thrilled with my purchase & working with Chuck.

I bought a VW Tiguan from Chuck and the day I bought the VW the check engine light came on. I told him he said he would take care of it whatever it is. we had the codes and knew it was with the turbo first the mechanic changed the valve but ended up being the Turbocharger it’s self. Now he has ordered the turbocharger and waiting for shipment as soon as it comes in his mechanic will put it in. He also went as far as renting me a car for the days it was in the shop to change the valve! He has really taken care of me I would recommend buying from his dealership. Thanks again Chuck!!! I really do love my new car!!!

I have to admit, after living in Philadephia my whole life I managed to avoid buying a car till I moved to AZ. I can’t believe my first car purchase is a 2002 Porsche Boxster and now I see why people fall in love with their cars. She’s stunning and I can’t believe she’s mine.
I went to a few dealerships and Chuck was by far the most normal sales person who didn’t put pressure on me or insult me for saying something he didn’t agree with. What a breath of fresh air. I wasn’t sure about the color but I went back to drive it again and it ended up coming home with me.

Sure, Chuck may get some inventory from auto auctions and not every one is going to be in perfect condition out the door, but for the selection and price this dealership is absolutely worth checking out! We highly recommend Chuck and would do business with him again.

As a foreign student, it was my first car purchase in the US and Chuck was very friendly and kind. He gave me all the information I need. The car had some defaults and he had given a call to one of his friend to fix them at a good price. The car was at a very good price and all paperwork has been done in a timely manner by himself.
