“The atmosphere is great, the shop looks great, and the staff are phenomenal. Their quality is very high, so it’s not the cheapest option out there (their prices start at $20). I was pinched a few times by the razor which hurt, but I was served fairly quickly without having to wait. Overall, it’s a fancy fun shop with great quality hair. It’s a bit pricy for my simple tastes but a good option for anyone that wants regular quality cuts :)”

“I tried one class here. I really don't consider myself an aggressive type, so I was a little iffy about it. I wasn't too excited for the part where we put on the boxing gloves, but I liked the conditioning part of the class. We jogged laps around the room, did core work, and we also did some situps by hanging on to the punching bags with our legs. The teacher was very nice and patient in explaining things. The other students were great too. The ones who were more seasoned were more than happy to lend a helping hand to the newbies as well as help to break down the concepts.m”

I was in the same situation but one personal session with coach Rick and I was hooked! Coach Rick is an experienced instructor and he has a very well thought out and fun program when it comes to learning this awesome sport. The workouts are fantastic and even if you're just there to lose some weight or achieve some personal goals Rick will train you with the same passion that he trains his competitive fighters. You can workout anywhere but for the cost of joining a normal gym why not learn a potentially life saving skill in the process!”
