Cabinets Complete

Made a reservation only to find I would be the only one waiting in the lobby lol. Regardless, making the reservation was super easy and everyone was professional and welcoming. Plus it's always nice when you hear things like "...so you don't have to come back", to me that signals coming from a place of actually trying to get people better and not money grab.

My son and I came in today as first time patients to this facility and the entire team was professional, kind and were incredible with their time management from the moment we arrived. My children and husband are all patients within the banner system from my husbands PCP (Dr Freberg) to my children’s pediatrician, this was by far the best office experience yet. The MA was kind and proficient while taking care of my son who was definitely a very nervous wiggle worm. The physician was incredibly kind while performing treatment on my son who was scared but ended the appointment smiling because he was so “brave”. The physician was informative with his diagnosis and explained everything in great detail. He valued our time, answered all my questions and we left with great home care instructions. I don’t write reviews very often but this physician and the staff were all very kind and had incredible patient care/customer service. They definitely are the best banner urgent care I’ve been to yet! Thank you again!

It was easy making an appointment . I arrive 15 minutes early knowing I would have to fill out paperwork. They took me right on my schedule time. Everyone was nice, and I was in and out in no time.
