Lifewater Solutions is the company to go with! Scott and Zak are both amazing. We had issues with our water softener and got a recommendation for Lifewater Solutions. Scott came out to the house quickly and assessed the situation. Scott gave us a couple of options with absolutely no pressure. We decided to fix the softener we had and Scott was on top of it getting it done professionally and timely. Later (probably about 2 year later) our water softener was acting up again so of course we called Scott. He came right out and again provided us with options and no pressure! We decided to replace our water softener which is how we met Zak who was just as professional and great as Scott. Zak replaced our softener and came right back out the next day when we called him with a question. With such great service my husband and I decided to get an RO system as well and Zak was able to fit us in quickly. Again we had an issue with the system (no fault of Lifewater Solutions) and Zak came right out the next day and fixed the problem. We think Lifewater Solutions is the way to go and we look forward to recommending and continuing to work with both Zak and Scott!

Outstanding attitude, service, professionalism, and response. When I first emailed a request I heard back from Scott within minutes, this never happens. When he came out to look at the project he was efficient, professional, informative, helpful and let us know exactly what to expect. When they came out to install they were in and out in a flash it seemed like. Explained the system in detail, told us about when we move how they would move it for us, what salt to buy, everything. A month and a half later when I needed to purchase more salt I sent a quick text asking about what salt I needed and again received the information in just a few minutes. These guys know their stuff, have tremendous customer service, and do top notch work.
Bottomline....you need RO or water softener...these are the guys. PERIOD.

I had a great experience with Lifewater Solutions! My old water softener cracked and was leaking. They responded to me very quickly, and sent a technician out the next day to go over my options. I appreciate that an actual tech, not a sales person came to my home. They didn’t try to up sale me on things I didn’t need, and were up front on their pricing. Zak and Scott made this situation painless. Service was fast, friendly and honest!

What a great group of people to work with. We got a water softener within days of our consultation. They are professional, thorough but most of all they are really nice people. Did I say they also have the best prices? Of 20 or so places I called they beat everyone by about 900.00 dollars!

I initially met Zak when I stored all my furniture waiting for my house to be built. I was able to see all of the models they sell and price them out. They beat the price that my son got his whole house unit and ours works much better than.his. Thanks guys and there from my old home state MN.
