  I recently moved to AZ from NY and needed to find a bank i could use since none of the banks i used back home are available out here. I was a little hesitant on which bank to open an account but decided to give BBVA Compass a chance. I called and was greeted by a nice lady and told to come down to the bank to open a checking account (you are able to open one online) I arrived and was greeted and asked to have a seat in the waiting area until Luis could help me. They had water and coffee available which i thought was nice.
  
  Let me just EMPHASIZE how GREAT my experience here was, I've dealt with various banks in the past and the hospitality was greatly appreciated, it honestly feels like they truly care about establishing a customer relationship and not just shoving products at you and sending you out the door. Luis came over and was very friendly and informative about what the bank could offer me once I was able to get settled in AZ. He went over all the options and what would benefit me the most at the moment, went over all of the ins and outs of the checking account and how to avoid overdraft fees and the like.
  
  He also helped me set up the APPS and went over any other questions I may have had. He was so helpful and I look forward to banking with them (and I hope they open more bank locations as well)
