  I came in as a stranger to this state and when I came to Sunview they made me feel like family. This is an excellent place! The CNAs like Susie really stand out, the nurses Maria and Eileen are wonderful. Eileen, help make my holidays complete, she went to my home to pick up a gift that was delivered to my home instead of the destination I wanted. She even went as far as wrapping the gift and keeping it at her home until my son, who the gift is for, can come and get it. The housekeeping staff even goes as far as building relationships by communicating with me on when they come check on my room. Physical therapy team is always encouraging me to come into the gym to use the equipment.

  When I first came to Sunview I was put in a private room and I received excellent care. The provider was quick to respond to my requests regarding my pain management. The staff was quick to respond to my call light and I was appreciative of that due to the pain I was in. I enjoyed bonding with the other residents during my stay as well. I was educated on the activities Sunview has to offer and I enjoy participating in those as well as building relationships with other residents. Another thing I enjoy is participating in the open gym sessions the facility has in the afternoons.

  The therapy team was pleasant and funny, you can tell they work well together. They were very persistent and they do not like to take no for an answer. Recommendation would be better communication between nursing and therapy to where time could be coordinated to start therapy and get medications.

  Occupational therapy was absolutely fabulous and Jasmine is absolutely wonderful, she is in the nursing department. Joanna was also great the nursing aide. Others I'd like to recognize are Jessica, Mia, Jansen, Erin and Chris. Overall my stay was good and I am thankful the staff was able to work well with me and get me on the right path.

  I met some really nice people at Sunview Respiratory & Rehab. The staff really helped me out a great deal to rehab and get stronger. Any concerns that I had were addressed right away. The main great thing about this facility is the staff and how good they were to me. I would surely recommend this facility to others.
