“I like this branch for few reasons: 1- it's open 7 days a week (very important) 2- friendly staff. Plus, answering all of the questions you might have. 3- it is in the store (do your things and ready to shop) 4- no waiting time. Some individuals complaining about long lines. At this branch, i've been in line maybe ones, waited for 10 min. Matter of fact, I left Bank of America with one of the reasons - long waiting time (could be an hour). People standing in line watching tellers walking around making jocks with each other, etc. And, I'm talking about real branch with 6-7 windows (maybe even more). Good job USBank, you earned it --> 5 stars :)”

The few people that do apply, more often THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK, but they want to be paid. There is a product and service shortage across the USA. I don't work for WF and I know it's not fun when you have to wait forever, but this is our reality everywhere right now. Fast food, restaurants, banks, grocery stores. “I would of given this bank a 4 star. However, I rush home from work to go to my back to pull out all of my cash to pay rent. I pull up to to window at 4:59 pm and apologize for being last minute and ask for what I need. "Um we can't do that we're already closed and logged off" I ask "why would you log off if you're still open?" Then she begins to roll her eyes and me. So I tell her I need his done because if I don't pay rent, I get late fees, and all that nonsense. She says nothing. So I asked if she's new because all the other ladies are ALWAYS so nice and I expressed how rude she was being. And then proceeded to call me rude... sorry lady but I'm a customer and im stressed out right now. Show some sort of customer service ... Rita was my teller and I don't expect her to get fired I just want it to be brought to managements attentions that she lacks customer service. Sorry to keep you 5 minutes late. Very very disappointed. I will drive the extra 30 minutes out of my way to avoid this location ever again.”
