“My car wouldn’t start because of my battery, I was stranded for about 5 hours With my jump cables, but couldn’t get any one to give me a jump. I had to wait overnight at a place of business. I called the AutoZone at 734 W Warner Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85233 and Armando answered my call. I was distraught and anxious about the situation and he was very polite, courteous, and patiently listened to me relate my situation and circumstances. He then asked me my info and expeditiously located my replacement warranty information. He assured me that I was covered for a replacement battery. I then informed him that I had no tools to remove my battery and no way to bring it in.... as a conscience professional Armando quickly put me at ease, he said “Don’t Worry... Were here to Help you” I felt relieved. He told me he would have someone bring the battery to me Annnd remove the old battery and replace it with a new one. He said he’ll call me when someone is on the way. About a half hour later, Armando called me to inform me that Luis was outside the establishment waiting for me. I thanked him and as I was hanging up Luis was calling me. I went out to meet him at my vehicle, he was very reassuring and very polite and courteous as well. He expeditiously made the battery exchange and was very professional in his manner to me. He explained to me that my account would reflect the exchange. He also said he wouldn’t leave me until my vehicle was started and, be absolutely sure that I wouldn’t remain stranded. I know this is a long review, but I felt it is only right to Speak Up and On somethings, when customer service people extend themselves to help you. We COMPLAIN LOUDLY when we feel that the service was bad and the people were too! Therefore, I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for the two men who were the Consummate Customer Professionals in this scenario. Thank you to the both of you, and by the length of this review.... know that I mean it genuinely. Keep up the Great Customer Service! I’m am glad that these two took care of me, Sincerely.”

“This is a very professionally run business. Everything is up front in regards to costs. They offer a shuttle service but I don’t know their mileage limits. Tire rotation is included in the service which is a bonus. They were very accommodating to me and it was appreciated. I will definitely be back. There are some other places that I have found that did not do all the services they said they would so choose a place with a great reputation.”

“Ryan and his crew recently replaced and re-calibrated a cracked windshield in my 2017 Prius. The job was completed within the time frame quoted and looked like new when finished. Ryan coordinated all aspects of the claim with the insurance company and and was able to install an original Toyota windshield instead of an after market item. “I highly recommend Double Uglyz! I have a “Franken-built” limo golf cart that was in rough shape, and tried taking it to all the well known Golf Cart “specialists” in town. Shop after shop refused to take on my cart project, even the ones that advertise they can repair any cart. Double Uglyz was the only shop willing to take on the job. Not only was Brian at Double Uglyz able do the work the other places told me wasn’t possible/worth the expense; he did a phenomenal job! Clearly communicating throughout the repair, he was transparent about the costs, and updated me regularly on the progress. I was blown away at the level of service I received. Best of all, the final bill was much less than I had anticipated having to pay to get my cart up and running again. I was ready to give up on this project and I’m so glad I found Double Uglyz!
