They underpromised and overserved, surprising us with how fast the turnaround was. I am especially grateful because I did not have to stay in a hotel instead of this vehicle (which is my house), and not only did I make it back to Pennsylvania safely, but I also got to continue my trip and make it to the desert destination I was initially heading for. “Tony at San Tan Auto Body in Queen Creek provided remarkable service. The best I have ever had at an auto body shop. We were in from out of town. Our car was bumped while parked and the plastic side panel was peeled off. They made a quick appointment to see what might be done. As it turns out, Tony took 15 minutes and replaced the clips, then reattached the panel. All at no charge. We would have happily paid for such great service. We were treated with respect and kindness, rare in this day and age. This was extraordinary service, above and beyond and I would recommend this company without hesitation. Their office is clean and comfortable, decorated in an old-style diner motif which made us instantly comfortable. The staff was polite and knowledgeable. If I have a need for their type of service, I would travel some distant to seek them out.”

“My car decided to quit on me a couple of times today. After checking out the battery, I found it had a bunch of junk on the positive connector I stopped at the O'Reilly's on the northeast corner of Thomas/75th Ave. I bought a new connector and was going to put it on when I got home The connector ended up being the wrong one so I headed back to O'Reilly's. I showed Omar whaty connector looked like and exchanged the first one I bought for the one I needed. I was able to fix things in the parking lot and headed home to check the insides of my eyelids for holes for a few hours. Thanks for the help Omar.”

“Micah has been incredible to work with since the very first interaction with his company. He rotated the tires on my International Septic Pump truck with ease and speed. He's knowledgeable about my fleet which is also very important. He is also available for mobile service on the weekend so that keeps my truck moving when it needs to be! Today, I had Micah come and change the oil in a couple of commuter cars that we own. Again, always on time and very friendly and professional.
