“I just had a full detail job and tint done on my car. Overall the car looks very clean and I was pleased with their customer service. I would recommend them. For detailing I would recommend reminding them to do the small details like cleaning the exhaust tip or cleaning the headliner since they didn't do those for me but I feel like those are assumed in a detailing job. They did my interior and exterior. The interior job was excellent at 1st glance. The big thing for me was that they managed to get out some black spots from my mountain bike tires and bike chain grease. Props on that! After a closer inspection it appears they didn't do the headliner and that's my only complaint on the inside. In their defense they never said they would and their service was very good so I think they would've if I'd asked. The outside was the same story...very clean at first glace but not quite there for the small details. There were a few streaks on the roof and windows along with a few very small dirty spots left on the wheels that I didn't notice when I looked it over in the shop. And lastly the exhaust tip wasn't cleaned. It looked like it just got a quick wipe with a wet towel. The tint application was flawless. No complaints at all there. Overall the guys at Airpark Tint were very professional capable and friendly. I see they have no other reviews for detailing so my feeling is they just need some time to get into a groove where they get everything clean every time. I wouldn't hesitate to go back because their customer service professionalism and attitudes were very good. Had I noticed my minor complaints when I picked up my car I'm sure they would have taken care of them.. It's nice to find a shop with good service...too many shops just want to move metal.”

I had some body work repaired on my Corvette after the driver's door got smacked by some debris on the freeway. Ryan shared his expertise and recommended that I have him touch up and polish the area rather than repainting, as a repaint would not likely ever look quite right because of the complexity of the color on my car. He could have charged thousands to paint all the panels needed to make it look "close", but instead he was honest and fair and charged FAR less to touch it up instead. “Summary: Quality work completed faster than estimated, at a lower price than estimated, and he didn't replace unnecessary parts that some shops may have done just because he'd put them in the estimate. Definitely 5-star service. Long version: My 2005 Tahoe developed a whine in the rear end that sounded like a jet engine at highway speeds. I got underneath and listened and determined that the pinion and/or carrier bearings were going bad. My employer has a commercial gear shop in Phoenix that they use for heavy truck differential rebuilds, but that shop only handles commercial accounts. They said they recommend only one place for passenger vehicle differentials: Raven Industries in Tempe. I called Raven Industries next and explained my suspicions about the rear end. He quoted me what I felt was a pretty fair price for a new gear set, all new shims and bearings, and labor, and told me that if I could drop it off one morning he'd have it ready by that afternoon. We made an appointment for the next week when he had an opening, and I dropped it off before they opened. By 10am he called to tell me it was done, and that I'd caught the sound before it could damage the gears so the cost would be lower because he only had to do bearings, not the gear set. I picked it up that afternoon, paid $150 less than he had estimated, and can't believe how much quieter the Tahoe has been since he fixed it. Highly recommend Raven Industries to anyone who has a differential issue. -Mike”

I called back again 15 minutes later and Paul answered all of my questions and seems to know what he's talking about. I then drove my jeep 2 hours and dropped it off. Paul is just as nice in person and gave me a 2 week turnaround time for complete transmission rebuild and transfer case freshen-up. I will review again after the work is complete. The shop dog is awesome also. *Edit 2 weeks later. Picked up jeep and drove 100 miles home, it drives like new now. No leaks on the driveway the next day. Thanks Paul!”
