“These guys exceeded my expectations. I brought my truck to Larry H Miller Dodge in Peoria 3 or 4 times (total time they had the truck was about 2 weeks) for an unknown electrical issue. The dealership kept telling me nothing was wrong with the truck - I specifically asked them if they checked the TIPM and the dealership assured me they did. I finally gave in and sent the truck to Nasa because they were recommended by a friend. The next day, Nasa diagnosed and fixed the TIPM for much less than I expected to pay. Several months later, my truck is still running like new. Only bad thing is that their facility is very small, which means you should probably call them prior to having your vehicle towed to them. Wouldn't have surprised me if it had taken a few days just to be able to get my truck to them. Nasa will be my first choice if I ever have electric problems with a vehicle again.”

“Sean and his staff were fantastic! If you need a family mechanic, then Murphy Family Auto Repair is your place! The lobby area was nice and large with a big TV. There was refrigerated bottled water, coffee and lollipops available (great since my 3 kiddos were with me when picking up our van). The bathroom was clean too! I appreciated the consistent communication over the phone, especially when I had our van towed to his shop for an unexpected engine repair. His pricing was fair and honest. I live in South Chandler and this place was worth the drive for repair (and future servicing). I can't recommend them enough!”

Jason came to me to take a look and give me a quote. Reasonable. Yet again great customer service. Ivan was scheduled later to come to my office to do the repair. He called me 20 minutes out and met me with a big smile even though he was about to be working partially under my car for the next 3 hours in our 110 degree weather. “Paid for work that was not done according to another shop. Found and had others issues I had to fix myself due to loose and broken fittings and hose's. One : I called for price on install of injectors you quoted me $300.00 more than the other place that was Ok I just needed to save what I could. Two : I never got the old parts just pictures. I only drove the truck from my house to Glendale and back home because it did not seem to run correct. I hardly ever drive this truck Three : found old and broken vacuum hose's on Turbo that were put back on causing some issue's. Four : I was not the one that said the cups were not installed it was another shop which gave me the old cups witch two were cracked as you stated he stated they were factory and have never been changed I stated that they were he disagreed I have a witness to all of what he stated. All I wanted was to get my truck fixed correctly with no drama. As you stated this other guy was your friend I would beg to differ he tells me one thing and you another. After further investigation I Have found a MFR date on the cups that were given to me by the other shop. They had a date of 11/21 that told me they were not factory installed. I believe the other shop did this to make more money and spread misleading info about Valley Diesel to myself and other possible customers like my friend who was there to witness his statements.”
