The dental assistants are also very helpful in answering any questions I have and making sure I’m comfortable. I’ve had some work done by both dentists and I would recommend either to my friends and family. Both were aware of my dental anxiety and made sure that I was relaxed and calm before starting any work. Both are great conversationalists as well so that helped a lot with my nerves. “First off the dentists here is my little brother so any chance to roast him is a good one; however, I will not do this here. This staff is wonderful and it started from the moment I walked in. Not knowing me, I was greeted immediately, and throughout the entire process the staff explained each step. They were patient, professional, and customer focused. I’m in the customer service business and this was a step above. I only wish I could find staff like this in Oklahoma, where I reside. Thank you to the Dentistry of Old Town staff. The dentist was pretty good also.”

“I have only been here once, but I had a WONDERFUL experience for my first cleaning and exam! Planning to go back to have some work done next week, but so far I trust the staff and doctors here greatly. I am very picky and struggle to trust many health professionals (since they are human and loaded with error), but more than just having a very kind and friendly team, they were also very knowledgeable and up-to-date. I was happy to see modern evidence-based preventative measures, technology, equipment and treatment options. I appreciated that Dr. Nguyen was conservative in her recommendations and I did not feel pushed to address non-urgent matters. In fact, she was very transparent in what may need to be addressed in the future, but not recommending actual until necessary. After long discussion with both Dr. Nguyen and one of her awesome hygienist Amanda, I have a great deal of respect for their knowledge of modern evidence based practice, their bedside manner and clear communication and explanations of what they are doing and why. I appreciate how much time they all spend with me, carefully and patiently answering all my questions and coordinating the somewhat time-sensitive work I needed done. I am actually looking forward the going back to get the work done even though I am expected to spend a few hours at the dentist! Maybe it’s just me. I was concerned about finding a new dentist after moving up from so cal and am so excited to have found one! Will update this review after getting my fillings repaired.”

“I purchased a new tire for my new to me 2012 Sprinter due to an alignment issue from this store today. Unfortunately another customer backed into my van while the tech was pulling my van into the bay. While this is obviously a frustrating event it was out of their hands. I mostly dealt with Oliver (Senior Assistant Manager) and he was very apologetic and dealt with the situation tactfully. The tech, who unfortunately I can’t remember his name, was also extremely apologetic. I am yet to find out how corporate will deal with my repairs but as far as customer service goes for this branch I was impressed. My right rear door is bent (shifted upward) due to the other customer backing into the custom made bike rack that is mounted to that door and my van is custom painted in Toyota Army Green so it’s not such a simple fix. There is damage to the plastic bumper as well. I will update the review once the claim has been handled but the customer service of the team member should be recognized at this point. *Update: My experience with Fleet Response who handles all Discount Tire's claims was easy and efficient. I submitted a repair estimate from a local shop and my claim was quickly processed and approved. Thank you Discount Tire for taking a frustrating situation and making the best out of it. The level of customer service throughout the process was great and I'll continue to bring my vehicles here when I need tires!”
