“First I've been seeing Dr Freberg for over 35 years. Love, love the Dr. , not his office. I tried to get an appointment for an ER follow-up. No appointment till Dec.. You have to talk to a phone center now, you can't even talk to his office anymore. Between the phone wait times and the call center, I give up. The only result I got was the call center person asking me questions, I thought she was asking whether I had Covid symptoms. I answered no to the list and she says. Those were the symptoms listed from your ER visit. You're not an emergency anymore. I couldn't believe it. All I got was my blood pressure raised. I guess the patient isn't important anymore. May have to find another Dr. It's a shame....... Thank you Dr Freberg's actual office, called back right away and I have an appointment tomorrow.”
