After getting the necessary treatment done at the specialist I was now ready for Avalon. They welcomed me back, where prepared for my visit and even had my insurance in place.... excuse me while I wipe away tears of joy at the level of PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Dr. Jones was not only upbeat and friendly, but she really took the time to listen to me in order to fully understand my issues despite it being the end of the day. I never felt rushed and she answered any and all questions I have. Honestly, I wish she was my Primary Care Physician, she was that good! Best of all, there was no wait, I only had to pay the same $35 co-pay I normally do to see my doctor and I didn't have to make an appointment! I highly recommend this location and Dr. Jones.
