“I went to see De. Madala when he practiced at Center for Chest Diseases, then he moved to Sun Valley Internists and my insurance no longer covered him there. Later I fought to have Dr. Madala covered, they did cover his services. Dr. Madala is a wonderful practitioner. He listens and gives you the time to explain what is wrong. “This is my first time as a patient here. I had a positive experience from the beginning to end. The receptionist was very nice and attentive. She explained what I needed to do in filling out forms. I was called within a reasonable time frame which was pretty quickly. The doctor's assistant was super nice and personable. She put me at ease and I felt comfortable. I then saw Dr. Walter with his two assistants one female taking notes and a male possibly in training. I found Dr. Walter to be very kind and patient in explaining the procedure I will have in January. He listened to my concerns and was very reassuring. I am very pleased he's going to be the doctor doing my surgery and I feel confident I'm in good hands. Overall I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Walter.”
