“Last Saturday, my husband went to Oro Valley Hospital Emergency because he had a kidney stone, and was in extreme pain. They did the necessary tests and sent him home with pain pills to control the pain until he could get an appt. with Dr. Grossklaus. Now, it's a week later and his pain has hit with a vengeance. The nice lady that answered the phone was very professional and told us to come in to see the Dr. right away. The staff jumped through hoops to get the records from the emergency room and to schedule the surgery for the next weekday. We were very impressed with Dr. Grossklaus and his staff.
