“Been coming here for basic medical stuff since I turned 18 and had to find a family practitioner instead of a pediatrician. It all began with Christina Cousins PA who sadly left this office. She was the most amazing person. A newer practioner named Dana Smith FMNP-C, is now my primary care provider. She too is thorough, caring, and makes sure you're questions and concerns are answered. Not only have my two providers been amazing but the front desk ladies are always having fun but maintaining a professional attitude. Wonderful staff. The Lab technician Chelsea was also very caring and understanding during my last blood test. Will continue to come here for my medical needs until it proves itself otherwise! Would be 5 stars, however never have I came here and they not be pretty behind on appointments. However seeing how busy these doctors are, if you want good care, wait it out if you can. It's worth it.”

“We love and are so very thankful for Dr. Schick and the staff at D4A. Our dog was experiencing multiple issues which her vet chalked up to allergies. We brought her to Dr. Schick who took her time to figure out her issue. Turns out she never had allergies, but an autoimmune disease. After only 3 days of the treatment given to us from Dr. Schick she was a lot better. It's been a couple of weeks now and she is back to the dog we knew a year and a half ago before this all started. “I decided to write a post only because there are so many saying they don't get called back. I get calls all the time and if they don't reach me they try again. I've been with Dr. Bailey for years and I've had all kinds of medical issues that were terrible and sent my blood sugar reeling. I also have Hoshimotos (thyroid). I'm not an easy patient. Finally this year, I actually listened to what she said about my decline and I started a plan to get my health back. Medication is not a cure all. I've lost 25+ pounds and I feel so much better. I have a long journey to go but Dr. Bailey and the staff are always supportive.”

“I was a patient of Debra's for a few years. I had been through a lot and had various diagnoses over the years and she was able to get to the bottom of things. She genuinely cared and took the time to understand all of my issues. Unfortunately I moved out of state and had a horrible experience with a new provider who messed everything up and then refused to see me further when I told them I felt the worst I had in years, completely undoing all of the progress I made. Although I haven't seen Debra in over a year, I feel compelled to write a positive review as my more recent experiences have put her level of professionalism into renewed focus. Unfortunately good providers in this realm are rare and I wish I still lived in AZ for this reason.”

“Amazing doctor. Two of my sons see him and he is absolutely an expert, can deal with unusual things, performs surgeries really well, is patient and explains things well without being condescending. He is super down to earth while also being an excellent professional. He is very prompt. Also, his office staff are great, super friendly and competent, never had any issues with scheduling or billing at all. The office itself is also very nice with a comfortable and elegant waiting area. Seriously, you won't find a better eye surgeon anywhere.”

Promptly called back to the exam room where Teri verified the reason for the visit and explained how to prepare. Melanie, the physician, was incredibly patient and professional as I explained the history and concerns. Her exam was thorough and comfortable, all while respecting patient modesty. Melanie’s diagnosis and explanation of next steps was most reassuring. Seeing this type of doctor can be uncomfortable and embarrassing, but everyone here contributed to making this a totally positive experience. Highly recommended.”

“I almost never write reviews. But in this case I felt I should share my experience. I am a current patient of Dr. Perry. He AND his team took great care of me recently--from the receptionist (call taker), to the staff, to the doctors. Below are the chain of events. Tuesday night my eye felt off Wednesday 730am: I call his office and describe the symptoms. They tell me to come in right away. Wednesday 8am: I arrive at his office and he diagnosis me with a detached retina. Wednesday 830am: He personally calls specialists to see who can see me right away. Wednesday 9am: I see the specialist and she confirms diagnosis and sets me up for surgery Wednesday 3pm. I have surgery. This could have turned out much worse had I not received such attention and quality of care. If you are looking for quality eye care give him and his team a call. I think you will be happy with them.”

When I called to inquire about her rates and services she listened to my needs never rushing me through. She heard my pain story and offered to help me right away. I felt very comfortable with her and her massage room is so very relaxing. In fact the building she is located in has a great waiting area for her business as well. I've had 2 visits so far and will be seeing her again. I think being able to voice to your massage therapist what you are in need of is important and she definitely listened and his helping me through my pain. I highly recommended her.”
