I could tell the place was truly blooming with positive energy :) Our spiritual guide Jill was absolutely terrific and guided us through one of the best immersive meditations ive ever experienced! The big projector mixed with her choice of healing frequencies were very well thought out and she explained everything to us in very thorough detail. The yoga space is clean, orderly and also soothing. The other patrons seemed like regulars (I’m visiting from out of state); they were lovely to practice with, welcoming kind, and genuine. The instructor, Julie, was a practiced professional. Her voice is kind and confident. She invited you to honor your body as she guided us through a delightful series that took us gently and consistently deeper. My eyes were closed most of class but I could tell from her cues that she was mindfully attentive of her class, it felt deeply personal. What a great spot, so glad I found it.”

Coach Damian has helped me lose 22lbs and I'm now the healthiest I've been in my entire life! He'll help you through every exercise. Got a bad back? He can work with that! “After my complimentary workout (which Michael allowed me two) I was hooked. I immediately signed up. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable. The gym is clean and has all the equipment needed for the students. The workout, from beginning to end, is amazing. The instructors encourage and motivate you. They offer many different types of classes. They not only have self-defense classes but offer a wide variety of fitness classes too. I love the family atmosphere and care they have for the students. If you need to sit out for a moment, they encourage you to do so and come back when you are ready. Nothing is ever forced on you. “I struggled for years feeling like I was stuck drowning with no way out until I got my hormones tested and realized everything I thought was wrong in fact wasnt it at all. I felt like someone else was in control of my body pressing all the wrong buttons. I didnt feel like me. I wasnt ever taught or educated on the impact hormones can have. It wasnt until I was scrolling tiktok seeing women talking about getting their hormones tested that I started to think I should try that too. Thankfully my best friend told me of Cara and to reach out to her. I got my blood tests done and to my surprise there was so much going on I didnt realize. Cara let me chose my approach and I went the more natural path taking supplements she told me to and following what she outlined. After about 2 weeks I wanted to cry because I felt in control of myself again. I felt like I had motivation again and was able to lose 20 pounds in two months which no matter what I did before my weight didnt budge. Their coaches roam the gym helping each athlete become better everyday. For example, I got a cue on a clean that made the barbell fly up! Loved it and needed it. Community matters. “I have known Nick since I want to say 2009 or 2010. I have trained with him on and off through the years. One of the best trainers I have had. He is fun but he also pushes you and knows how hard to push you. He keeps the routines fresh and never the same old boring workout. He rarely ever cancelled or rescheduled me which in my book is a big deal, but I know life happens sometimes but he never made it a habit. I live in Oregon now and I still prefer to use him as a trainer. He keeps great communication always checks in on me. Asks how the workouts are and if anything needs to be changed. I stand behind Nick he is a great trainer and is always learning new things in the training world. He adapts very well. Give him a try what else do you have to lose?”

I am fairly familiar with weights, and in good shape so a few of the trainers ALWAYS challenge me which I love.. It's one of the reasons I stay. 1star off, its "Boxing" as far as the name, but 9 out of 10 people do not know how to punch from what I've witnessed. I think that may cause a false confidence in some. However that's not the gyms fault, as we are all grown and can figure it out. This place will keep you moving, make you sweat, great atmosphere!”

There's two classes, crossfit and fitness (more for beginners), and they are both physically challenging but can be modified for personal limitations. Everyone is friendly, and it feels more like a family unit than anything else. They have fun challenges from time to time as well. It's an all-around great place to go reach some goals! “This place is a great gymnasium for kids of all ages. The teachers have vast experience and are very professional with the kids. The only thing I frown upon a little is the price. The fees can be a little high for people who have more than one kid in the program. Also I will wish the coaches will promote the kids faster base on their talents and skills instead. I feel like some of the kids are held back due to their age. I love this gym the atmosphere is always great.”

“My daughter has enjoyed her classes here. I docked one star - considered docking two - because they offer a preview class that you have to pay for. This seems very odd to me. To draw in business wouldn't you want to offer that as complimentary? Secondly, after the preview class, we were told the instructor is supposed to come out and talk to you about the level you should enroll your child in. No one spoke to us. We just stood there for ten minutes and then left. The following week we came, and saw an instructor speaking in detail to another parent who is there for a preview class. Clearly they struggle with employee inconsistencies and communication. It shouldn't be difficult, the parents are literally standing right there.”

“We held our wedding at Seville, and we loved it! It is a beautiful venue with great views all around. The lawn was the perfect spot for our ceremony, and we held our reception inside- the room is large enough for a big event, and felt very comfortable for our smaller wedding with 40 guests. The seating was all comfortable, the food and service were great, and the event team was fantastic across the board.”
