“Everything was great when I got there. I filled out the paperwork and was called back fairly quickly. It wasn’t until I waited in the room for almost 40 minutes to see the Dr with my paper nightgown on that I got upset. The room was freezing cold and I just wanted to get home for a 3 am tip time the next day. They did get me taken care of or I might have left a 3 star rating.”

“First time here and cut a tapper by Juan. Juan did a great job with the tapper and probably the best in the part of Phoenix as many people have messed up before ill be here more often. Also the vibe in the shop is chill and relaxing and has a nice set up the other workers there are nice The haircut came with a hot or cold towel (i got a hot one) also a quick massage with the machine. From check-in, to pre-op, to endoscopy, David Van Dam, M.D. of Grand Canyon Anesthesia, the nurse anesthetist, and post-op. Everyone was good. I agree with Anita Hardesty's comments. The patient has to be proactive of his/her healthcare, including coding and billing. If something is not right, CALL. If you're not getting the proper invoice because the anesthesiologist is out of network, file an appeal with your insurance company. Don't wait.”
