It wasn't until Dallas showed up that I finally found a proactive employee that built an incredible rapport with his clients. The first employee that truly cares for his clients well being. I truly contemplated giving up altogether on CMS until Dallas arrived. I now have received my weekly take homes I should of got a year ago. This also cuts back on the daily work load of the employees as many only have to come once a week now.I couldn't be happier with Dallas's proactive nature and his genuine care for clients. The rest of the staff could use some improvement though.”
