I have walked a long road with mental health and she is the first psych medical provider who has made me feel safe, respected and every visit I live with my dignity fully intact. She is not just compassionate/empathetic she is also a very skilled provider who is waist-deep (in the best way) in current evidence-based practice. I’m confident that the care I’m receiving is following current care guidelines - I don’t feel stuck in the 90s of being Thrown a medication and told to just trust her. Our appointments always feel like a collaborative partnership, I leave feeling heard and my head held high. Their office staff is extremely kind and are very thorough and prompt with responses. They never make me feel like I’m being talked down to in a patronizing customer service tone - nothing but mutual respect. Overall I have had nothing but an incredible experience in this office and couldn’t recommend them more highly, especially for those who struggle with eating disorders, OCD, and C-PTSD.”
