In that time I find the caregivers to be to exceptional both in their patient care as well as in the degree of compassion they demonstrate toward their patients. The Owners as well always go the extra mile as far as making sure the medications are given properly and even go so far as going to the drugstore to pick it up for you. “Love this place. I think the reason a place like this survives even when there's a whole foods or sprouts down the road is that because they're very community focused and they really sincerely care about the clients. They stock the best supplements and the best array of those supplements along with a lot of grocery store items that would fall on the more 'healthy' and of the spectrum. I'm always surprised by how many employees they have working in that store at any given time but I would never complain about that. They're all very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. I know they run a radio show out of there and they regularly host Experts on any given topic. They have a small library full of some powerful information and they're always very happy to share what they know about any given topic whenever I've asked. In short, I am very glad the store exists and that I live so close to it. It be worth the drive even if I didn't live so close.”

“With Luke being our first baby and family living so far away, we knew we were going to need help. I called Doulas of the Valley and spoke to Debbie at the beginning of my 3rd trimester. I loved her from the start. She explained everything about the service and answered all of my questions. The service was even more than I expected. Our son arrived 2 weeks early so I was nervous that they wouldn’t have availability. I called Debbie right away and she assured me that the doula would be there. True to her word, she arrived as scheduled on our first night home. Having very little sleep in the hospital, we were thrilled to be able to string together 3 hours of sleep before I needed to breastfeed. As soon as I was finished off to bed I went for another 3 hours. I felt like a new woman and was able to start my first full day at home well rested. I can’t say enough about Doulas of the Valley.”

“My Grandmother lived at Upon the Rock for almost a year. What a great family decision. This is perfect for someone who wants a very personalized approach for caring for a loved one. The staff is phenomenal and apart of our family. When my Grandmother passed away they attended a gathering with my family and were able to speak so highly of my Grandmother.
