“In April of 2019, I wanted to take my efforts to the next level since I hit a personal plateau within my own workout results. My co-worker recommended their trainer, Bruno, so I thought to myself, okay, here is my shot. A month later, I made my way to Bruno’s gym. Upon entering the gym, I felt comfortable. It was roomy, had a lot of equipment and had a great vibe. I then met Bruno. He immediately displayed a professional, friendly and kind demeanor, and then began a question and answer session. After “sizing me up,” he told me that I could achieve my desired results if I stuck to his proven, healthy, results-oriented plan. He showed me a clearly articulated agenda, and then advised me that if I stuck to the plan, I would meet my goal. Fast-forward to July of 2020, I have not only met my goal, but I have exceeded it. My body (and my overall mindset) has transformed into something that I did not think was possible, and I have only Bruno to thank. He is an awesome trainer and friend, and I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking a personal trainer.”

“Update: It has now been a about 2 months under Dr. Kerr’s treatment. 4 root canal/repair treatments later and all is good. Dr. Kerr even observed something he did not like with 1 of the repairs and brought it to my attention. I did not notice an issue. He did some more repair. I just got the stiches out today. I haven’t seen a doctor in many years for lack of being able to find one I liked or one who actually cared to listen to me. We talked about my concerns at the moment and and as well as mental health issues I’ve had. For the first time in many years I found someone I felt like i can talk to. She was so sweet and caring.
