“I can’t say enough good things about the Brookdale-Plaza del Rio care center and its entire staff. My father-in-law moved in in January of 2017. He was declining rapidly. Everyone -- administrators, his doctor, kitchen staff, hospitality staff, and especially his nurses and nurses aides, treated him and our family with the utmost respect and kindness. They met all of his needs and more. In fact, he never had to wait more than just a few minutes for anything he needed. When he was still able, they helped him with his exercises and getting him out of his room to visit with other residents. They made sure he was always clean and comfortable. Family members were able have meals there with him. They even did his laundry for him saving family from having to haul it back and forth. He told us often how much he liked it there which made us feel better about not being able to keep him at home. In his final few days, our family stayed with him around the clock. Everyone there was so kind to us, bringing us trays of food and drinks, extra recliners for our comfort, and repeatedly asked if there was anything else they could do for us. I’m very grateful that we had the help and support of the folks at Plaza del Rio.”

“I can write this review, in all honesty, because I am alive today, and Soba is one of the top reasons I'm still here. This facilities approach and warmth to its clients allows for hope and growth, and ones desire for progress (not perfection). I made some life along friends from my time in Soba and they have continued to be there when I needed them the most. Recovery isn't easy but there is certain (steps) you can take to making it easier. If you are wanting a solid stepping stone for your climb upwards, Sobs is as sturdy as you can get. I am a proud alumni of Soba Mesa!”

“We just moved my 87 year old mother here- I have so many positive things to say about Brookdale East. The staff is very caring. The facility is lovely and smells clean- it's tastefully decorated and the grounds are nicely kept. There are 4 separate "neighborhoods" (that connect together if residents want to stroll around) and in each small neighborhood the residents eat dinner together like a family in a smaller dining room. They give mom her space; just enough care to still feel independent & in control of what she wants. They don't force anything on her that she doesn't want to do and we appreciate that cuz she's feisty lol. Also I'd like to add that despite the nursing shortage going on across the country right now, Brookdale East Mesa appears to be fully staffed at this time which is impressive.”

“Lymphatic Massages Post Tummy Tuck This was an awesome addition to my after care for a tummy tuck! They helped immensely with reducing swelling and inflammation. Sue was amazing and really took great care in being gentle and showing me how to do the technique once I was done with my sessions. I absolutely love the results of my procedure and would highly recommend Dr. Biswas for your future goals!
