“I met Katie in a grocery store, I asked her what she did for fitness and she told me she was a coach. I have never worked with a trainer before and while I can get motivated to do cardio, I just can't get myself to do weights. But as I get older I know that lifting weights is crucial to health! So I started to work with Katie and I am so happy I made the choice to do it! She is clearly very knowledgeable and seems focused on my total health. We incorporated some mobility into the workouts which has really helped my flexibility and balance. The workouts are challenging but not so hard that I talk myself out of doing them. I highly recommend working with Katie as your trainer! I feel myself getting stronger each week.”

“I had an opportunity recently to tour the Groves Community. Let me first say that is a beautiful community, the grounds outside and interior areas. Each area was tastefully decorated and complimentary to the needs of the residents in each area, (i.e. Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care). Each of the staff members I encountered were professional, friendly and courteous. I also came across numerous residents during our tour who were friendly, knew our tour guide by name, all in all everyone seemed happy, comfortable and well taken care of. I had numerous questions which were answered very thoroughly. I felt the pricing affordable for what was being provided in services and amenities. In looking to retire and move to an area where may I need such resources, I was very pleased to have taken the time to stop by. I would trust the care of my mom, or myself to this wonderful community.”

While googling these brands and where I could find them I found that Foot Solutions Goodyear had all of them. I went in with no idea where to start and got great help. I believe it was Alex (I think he said he is the district manager) and he spent over an hour helping me find the perfect fit and support for what I needed. He was patient and very knowledgeable.
