“The facility was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The scheduling was adjusted to accommodate patients with little wait time and no crowding in lobby. The receptionist was very pleasant as was the CT tech. A very pleasant experience. SimonMed, you have redeemed yourself. This office is great. Now, will you please do something about the last place I went. It was (maybe still) horrendous.”

“Dr Lazoff and his staff were so nice and friendly. I had injections done in my lower back and they made me feel so comfortable the entire time. He explained everything he was gonna do before he did it and I was thankful for their chatting about everyday things while they worked because it took my mind off of what was happening. I was extremely early to my appointment but they worked me right in and I had almost no wait at all. Cannot recommend them enough!”

She receives attentive care from all the Staff and they have become an extended family to her. She especially enjoys sitting outside in the beautiful backyard. She also enjoys the good food and sharing meals around the family table with the other residents. As her children we are grateful for the ongoing compassionate service that she receives.”

“Moved to Arizona in June stayed here for almost 3 months I hated that I couldn't find a house sooner but enjoyed staying here the staff was amazing (except a couple of the newer worker that came right before I left but I think they didn't understand that people should be talked to and treated like humans and not whatever they thought we should be treated like) the manager Carolyn is wonderful she helped us above and beyond. No bugs in the rooms maintenance and house keeping always came the same day of request. The only bad thing was some of the customers that lived there but if you stay to yourself it's not a problem 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽”
