My regular vet could not see us in a timely manner, and a friend recommended Pet Urgent Care. Pup and I always were treated with the utmost respect and care. During those visits, Jane was the person at the desk. Without fail, she was compassionate, thoughtful, efficient. After the first visit or two, my little guy was ready as soon as we got there to walk down the hall to a treatment room, whether or not they were ready for him. He never balked! To me, that is about the best recommendation a consumer ( the dog!) can give, and he had some rather uncomfortable procedures. It wasn’t all treats and hugs! We found everyone there to be extraordinary. I now have another pup, and I will be seeing them again.”
