The gym offers different types of memberships/programs that will fit your budget and fitness goals. I previously trained at Flex Society prior to the recent remodel that was completed and let me tell you that the remodel is the best thing that’s happened to the gym. I am in love. There’s SOOO much equipment for every muscle group and also an outdoor area completed with turf and MORE equipment if you’re not into working out indoors. This gym is everything. At Flex Society the environment that the owners have created is unmatched. Everyone is treated like family. She is direct and to the point, and she tells exactly WHAT she hears HOW she hears it! She is clean/safe spiritually, and she does pray and say protection before she begins. “If you want to be about the business of healing as fast as possible, this is your place. Mandy knows her stuff, especially for athletes. Brought my son here for his injury on a recommendation instead of where I'd gone in the past. I was so impressed with how thorough his treatment was, I ended up having her check out one of my injuries and getting service. Here is why I recommend: 1- I didn't need a doctor referral. I just made an appointment and was evaluated. 2- Affordable. I dont't have health insurance and am used to going cash method. Was SO pleased with price. Here I get a LOT of bang for my buck! Heat, ice, ultrasound, etc. all in a package. At a previous therapist I felt "nickeled and dimed." 3- Hours. Early in the morning? They got those. Evening times? They got those too! Mandy is a hard worker, always here and ready to do what it takes. 4- Therapist attitude. Even though they give you free bottled water, she's not running a country club. She wants to get to the heart of the problem and get it healed well and as soon as possible. For an athlete, this is a must. This is a great place for elite athletes. At the same time, she's got elderly patients for whom I have observed her adapt to their speed and comfort. In the main therapy area are women and men, all ages and stages of life. It's impressed me how personable she is as she moves from patient to patient taking a personal interest in each. She knows them and is empathetic. Sometimes injuries feel worse before better and that typee of support through healing makes a big difference when you're hurting. It's a busy office and they make it work like no place I've ever seen. Get in, tell them what you need.”

“The only pain management provider that worked with me to Decrease my medication! I tried multiple pain management providers & at my first appointment they would asked me if my pain level needs an increase of my medication. The last straw was a provider saying "we could hook you up to an IV for 3 days and get you off pain medication completely" I don't even know if that route would work.. Arizona pain center impressed me right away and already had a plan outlined to reach my goal. This location is phenomenal. I've made a huge decrease in my medication by working with them, month by month and I couldn't be happier ! I would definitely recommend this practice if you have the same goal & need a support”
