He was patient with me, but he pushed me beyond what I thought I could accomplish. I learned that I actually could accomplish those exercises. Beyond the physical strength I gained, I also gained confidence in myself. He helped me transition with a plan for my community fitness center so I could continue my exercises. The big projector mixed with her choice of healing frequencies were very well thought out and she explained everything to us in very thorough detail.
