So when I finally arrive for my appointment Cell, the barber that cut my hair, immediately breaks the ice with a joke and from that point on I knew I was in good hands. I loved the laid back atmosphere and the relaxed conversations. I loved how passionate Cell was to make sure that I had a haircut that I would love and that passion clearly went into my hair because I love my new haircut. “Great studio. I tried their intro offer via Mindbody. This studio was a bit hard to find especially when you're coming for the morning class and it may still be dark outside. However, just look for the mailbox on the outside with the Liv Pilates label and you will be there. Just note, this is actually in a house/residence type building (initially I was looking for a studio in a plaza, so I thought my GPS was leading me wrong). Anyways, teacher was very understanding and patient with me finding the place. She helped me get set up on the machines and she was so kind and adjusted everyone's machine's during classes in between each set which made it easier on us. She encouraged the students and picked great uplifting music. The workout was pretty challenging jumping up and down- even though you were laying down- you could really feel the burn.”

“When I arrived, I honestly didn’t know what to expect. It did not look like a typical “spa/massage” facility, however, I was pleasantly surprised. When I walked in I was greeted by Ben who was super sweet and accommodating. I loved his energy. I came in for a Swedish massage and can I just say that Katia is AMAZING!! Talk about magic hands. I had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and she absolutely fixed my problem. She is super sweet and would ask me periodically if the pressure was OK. I would absolutely recommend gettin a massage here.”
