Kim and TK are so friendly, the store is clean and inviting, and there are many other items besides water for you to buy. I signed up for their program and now I'm enjoying my water at an even better price. They've definitely earned my business, loyalty and respect. TK happily explained all the different water types they offer, he was able to replace a broken cap I had, and they even offer a bottle rinse station which I've never seen at any other water stores.
